This was the best decision my family and I ever made. Before choosing New York medical training (Queens location) for CNA we sought schools that were closer to our home. We ultimately chose against them because they were far more expensive, and my husband and I did not feel comfortable in those environments. We almost lost hope until we came across the website for this school. After much review we decided to go to the location to see how the classes, staff, and overall curriculum would be handled. The staff was very welcoming, and answered every question we had. the class rooms were large and felt like we were walking into a hospital room; and, the price was right. Our only concern then was the teacher. Would they be helpful, patient, understanding, available, and so forth. I can say this much about my teacher, she was AMAZING. Yes Mrs. Renee Davis in my opinion is the greatest instructor this school has. I wish there were words to fully describe her incredible ability to share and explain the lessons. Mrs. Davis went far above what was required of her every single day. from staying later with us to make sure we understood what was being taught. To even allowing us to return for practice on her time. I truly believe that this is the best decision anyone can make; just make sure register for Mrs. Davis' class. I promise if you put the work in, Mrs. Davis will do all she can to make sure you pass. I hear that this school will be adding LPN courses to their curriculum. I'll be back for that, only if Mrs. Davis is my teacher. ;)

I took the CNA class with Mrs. Davis in April '14. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and liked the way she taught us. We would go over material we needed for the state exam, and she gave us insight and experiences of her own to prepare us after we completed the program. I passed my state exam the first try, with a big help from mrs. Davis. Note to future students: if you want to pass and do well... Do the assignments she gives and workbook. It's a huge help, if you dont, you wont pass the state test. The front desk were helpful but sometimes had too much going on. But always tried to do their best.
I sat the Pharmacy Tech course, it was at times intense but overall good. All credit to Dr Sidika, with 5 weeks in which to absorb all the material,she made it easier by not allowing us to focus on the volume but the end results. Thank you doctor. Some days the receptionist would be swamped in multi tasking, but, Stephanie handles it well, she is doing a great job, she is an asset to your school.
I took the Pharmacy Tech class and I really learned a lot. Dr. Siddiqa is very thorough and goes in depth to make sure you understand what she is teaching you. It was never boring. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and you can't beat the price for such a good program.
I really recommend this school to everyone. I took ultrasound course in this school and would recommend taking Dr.Pillai as an instructor. Dr.Pillai is a very nice and hard working instructor. She wants to make sure her students understand everthing she is teaching. Overall, I learned alot from her and I would highly recommned taking her as an instructor.
I love it, classes are not crowded so you get the help you need. my teacher Dr. Pillai is very helpful and keeps me focused pushes me to do better great role model :)
The school was great! I really learned a lot from attending, especially from my instructor Dr. Siva Pollia. She was very patient, and took her time to make sure we understood the information. If you attend this school I highly recommend asking for her.
