I went to NYMed for Ultrasound and it was great! Dr Ayub is best in the field and he will teach you everything. The staff is also great! They will place for internship where you are comfortable with and even close to your home. This field has so many job options.
My time at the Manhattan Branch was great. The price there was also cheap compared to other schools I called. I took the PCT course which ended August 3, 2018 for 4 weeks. Within the 4 weeks, I have learned so much from Dr BJ. Dr BJ is an awesome instructor, and you can tell he is very knowledgeable in this area, for he explains everything to us. From Boston- Dialysis technician (class September, 2017 Flushing Campus) I had Ms. Nisha Browne as teacher. she is the best in the field and she knows exactly what is it you need to succeed and pass your bonent exam the first time. I always had a passion for the medical industry but after not attending school for 22 years, I was frightened to go back. After pushing my fears aside, I decided to go ahead and obtain a certificate as a RMA. All of my teachers at the flushing site told me that I was extremely intelligent and that I should go on and persue a degree as an RN, which is what I intend to do. I just finished my EKG training. My Instructor was Dr BJ. who is by far one of the best Instructors that I have encountered in all of Education, and Trainings. I have learned so much in such a short time. He is very knowledgeable of the material and always answered any question to my satisfaction. Nice and clean training facility. I really recommend this school to everyone.I love it, classes are not crowded so you get the help you need. My teacher Dr. Kazi is very helpful and keeps me focused. Their very respectful people and the director Dr. Nand is a sincere person. Something that they need to work on is managing the front desk. They need to stick with one person and not constantly changing the person that works in that area. One or two people should work at the front desk so there's no confusion.
I took the Hemodialysis Tech course in Flushing. The staff was always courteous and professional. Our instructor Mr. Kazim Naqvi was awesome. He was thorough and taught the subject matter in a way that made it interesting and made you want to know more.
